Due to the time-based nature of our hourly rate service, we may not be able to clean your entire home within the allocated time. Hi-SHINE always prioritises quality, and we will never compromise our high standards to get a job done quicker.

Our flat rate service provides a 100% fixed price guarantee. This means: you will only pay the agreed-upon fixed price, even if the clean takes longer than expected.
Our Spring Clean Service gives you the best of both worlds! This service covers all areas that a regular clean covers, as well as areas that do not regularly get cleaned.

All commercial cleans during business hours (9am-5pm weekdays) will be charged the standard hourly or flat rate price. However, if a commercial clean falls outside these hours, a unique quote must be determined.
