Pricing for these services vary depending on the number of bedrooms and bathrooms your home has. We offer two pricing options when booking an Inspection/Before Lease Clean: Hourly Rate or Flat Rate.
Hourly Rate: We can advise you how long the clean is expected to take, and charge per hour. Alternatively, you can book a set amount of hours (although, we may not be able to finish everything in the time frame if we believe it will take longer). Hourly Rate for Inspection/Before Lease Cleans charged at $75/hour.
Flat Rate: We provide a fixed price to clean all areas on the checklist, irrespective of time. Please see the table below for Flat Rate pricing.
